30-Day Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 days after the item is delivered. Contact us before sending anything back so that we can issue a free return shipping label and provide the correct instructions.

We pay return shipping for no-reason returns and for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. We do not charge a restocking fee. Quality problems and fulfillment errors remain eligible for an appropriate remedy regardless of any exclusion below.

Condition and Exclusions

Items should be returned in their original condition when reasonably possible. Custom goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded from no-reason returns, but those exclusions never limit remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.

Refunds and Cancellations

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days. You may ask to cancel before shipment; once an order has shipped, this return and refund process applies.
